disorganized.
This paper addressed some strategy to enhance utilization of health statistics. For details, it focused its framework on protocol that 1) need-based statistics will create a data collecting system, 2) quality of data from the system should be
checked,
3) data should be utilized widely, and 4) utilization will create another data need.
From this point, components of data production system, supply system, resource, and utilization were discussed. In addition, methods to improve the data collecting system, to explore all the data resources, to develop more valid statistics, and
to
secure their validity and reliability were suggested. Finally, it indicated that a rapid transfer of data information for public is required and development of local statistics is urgent.
